Decatur - Ed Maslin, 71, of Decatur died Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Decatur Morgan Hospital was born September 30, 1947, to Joseph Maslin and Elizabeth Matlin Maslin . He attended Epic Church. He enjoyed model cars, restoring cars, and his Bible study. God and his family was most important to him. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Bobby Maslin, Tommy Maslin, grandchildren Noah Lemon, Kinley Lemon.
Survivors: Jan Maslin, son: Ed Maslin (Caren) Romack, daughters Sonisa (Eric) Martin, Bethany (Tom) Howard, Kodi (Jon) Lemon. Bonus daughter: Jessie Stalcup Miller (Jay). 2 sisters: Mary Jo Maslin and Margaret Ann Swearingen, 3 brothers: Mike, Jody and Lonnie Maslin, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Parkway Funeral Home assisting the family.
