Mr. Randolph, who died Friday, November 10, 2023, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born December 28, 1957, in Alabama to Louis Coy Randolph and Ozellar (Flannagin) Randolph Ivey. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Cynthia Lou Randolph; and grandparents, David Arthur Randolph, Gertrude May Randolph, John Noe Flannagin, and Velma Phillips Flannagin.
