Micah Aulton Couch

Funeral service for Micah Aulton Couch, age 21, of Moulton, will be 12:00 p..m. on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Oak Grove FCM Church with Bro. Shane Williams and Bro. Dakota Lowery officiating, and Parkway Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends for two hours prior to service at the church.  Interment will be in Oak Grove FCM Church Cemetery.

Micah, who passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024, at his home in Moulton, AL, was born March 6, 2003, in Alabama to Jeff Couch and Tona Couch.  He was preceded in death by his Papaw, Jimmy D. Terry; grandparents, Dean and Fuller Couch; and uncle, Andy Couch.

Micah loved the Lord and accepted the call to preach at age 17.  He lived his life as a sermon and his prayer was to see lost souls accept Jesus as their Savior too.  "He loved  his family and friends and his humor was contagious." Micah learned to love fishing from his Papaw and Uncle Byron.  He also loved being outdoors, and found a sense of peace and joy when he rode his horses.  Considered an "old soul" by all those who loved him, Micah was wise beyond his years.   Words cannot express how much he will be missed but there is peace in knowing he is with Jesus.

He is survived by his parents, Jeff Couch and Tona Couch; brother, Eli Couch (Haley); grandmother, Crispin Terry; nephew, Oliver Couch; uncle, Byron Terry (Dawn); aunts, Pat Fowler (Norman) and Tammie Wigginton (Lynn); his soulmate, Isabel Willoughby; and a host of dear extended family and friends..

Pallbearers will be Byron Terry, Eli Couch, Preston Terry, Evan Sparks, Noah Simmons, and Andrew Cook.
