Owen Lemuel "Lynn" Moore

Funeral service for Owen Lemuel "Lynn" Moore, age 77, of Trinity, will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richie Thompson officiating.  His family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to service.  Interment will be in Midway Memorial Gardens.  Guestbook available at www.parkwayfunerals.com.

Mr. Moore, who died Monday, September 11, 2023, at his home, was born October 29, 1945, in Alabama to Audie Lee Moore and Dimple McCutcheon Moore Campbell.  He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Thomas Odell Campbell; daughter, Lindy Counce; two brothers, Robert "Jimmy" Moore and Audie Lee Moore (Penny); and two sisters, Laura Jo Boles and Dannie Faye Moore.  Lynn was a loving husband, and a devoted family man who dearly loved his grandchildren.  Not only did he enjoy gardening, cows, horses, NASCAR, old westerns, and Roll Tide football, but he loved working and making money.

He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Teresa (Shreves) Moore; three sons, Owen Moore, Jr., David Mark Smith, and Chase Moore; stepson, Travis Beasley; stepdaughter, Jessica Shelton; brother, Jackie Moore (Mariealena); two sisters, Audrey Gail Day and Dale Bing (Kenneth); and five grandchildren, Victoria Counce, Claudia Counce, Emma Smith, Isaac Shelton, and Axle Beasley. 

Pallbearers will be Wesley Kirby, Tommy Kirby, Freeman Kirby, Travis Kirby, Ethan Kirby and Eric Kirby.
