Sharlene Jones

Trinity - Private family funeral for Sharlene Childers Jones, 58, of Trinity will be at Parkway Funeral Home with Rev. Pinky Tyler and Rev. Marcus Lipscomb officiating.  Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be Friday, March 27, 2020 beginning at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Only 25 people will be allowed in the building at a time unless the sate mandates changes.  Mrs. Jones, who died Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at her residence, was born May 30, 1961, to C. G. Childers and Katherine Mae Randolph Childers.  She was a fighter. She was a 33 year heart transplant survivor.

Mother - Katherine Mae Randolph Childers
3 brothers - Roger Childers, David Childers, Jeff Childers
2 sisters - Willowdean Heflin, Cathy McCormick
Survivors include:
Husband - Larry Grantland
3 sons - Jason (Ginger) Jones, Brian Grantland, Jeremy (Kayla) Grantland
Daughter - Amanda (Chris) Gatlin
3 sisters - Lynn (Jeff) Soloway, Nora (Chris) Curtis, Marsha Smith
Grandchildren - Destiny Jones, Justise Jones, Jordan Jones, Montana Gillespie, McKinley Gillespie, Drew Gatlin, Macon Grantland, Sydney Grantland, Houston Grantland, Jasmine Morris, Lexy White, Madi Johns, Patien Jones,  Aerieal McPhee
Great grandchildren - Zaylen Boyd, Ella Boyd, Jaxon Morris
