Sybil Fay Culberson, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories.
Sybil is survived by her loving husband, Dr. James Culberson, who stood by her side through the joys and challenges of life, exemplifying the true meaning of devotion and partnership.
Sybil was a devoted mother to her son, Benjamin Culberson, and daughter-in-law, Amanda. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and found joy in the everyday moments they shared as a family. Her love for them knew no bounds.
Sybil's greatest delight came from her role as a grandmother to four adoring grandchildren: Katie Jo, Joseph, Tatum, and Mason. She cherished every opportunity to spoil them with love, wisdom, and sweet treats. Her presence will forever be felt in the hearts of these precious grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother, Stanley, and his wife, Teresa. Her sister, Barbara Edmundson, and her husband, Terry, as well as her sister, Denise Drew Young, all of whom will forever carry the memories of their sister's love and laughter in their hearts.
Her wisdom, kindness, and nurturing spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sybil's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever treasure the moments they shared with her.
As we say our final goodbyes, let us remember Sybil Fay Culberson as a remarkable woman who left an indelible mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She will be remembered for her kindness, her warmth, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy will continue to shine brightly, reminding us all of the beauty of a life well-lived.
